The CDC suggests it is highly likely that presymptomatic and asymptomatic carriers are spreading highly contagious Covid-19 without knowing it. They are now advising healthy individuals to wear mouth and nose coverings when out in public. Cotton masks do not replace medical masks and do not prevent Covid-19. They can however, be effective in slowing the spread of the disease by acting as physical barriers against viral droplets.

In order for your mask to work effectively, it is important to use and clean it properly.

-Wash immediately after every use. Do not remove it and place it in a bag or purse between uses.

- It's a big no-no to pull the mask down to eat a snack, then pull it back up: You've just gotten whatever dirty stuff is on the mask on your hands and into your mouth.

-Place the same side of the mask towards your face every time. You never want to place the outer (contaminated) layer on your skin, even after washing.

-Avoid touching the front of the mask when wearing, as this is considered the contaminated side of the mask and you do not want to transfer germs to your hands.

-When removing the mask touch the ties only, and immediately wash your hands after putting your mask in the washing machine.

-Place your mask in a mesh laundry bag if possible to keep ties from tangling.

-Wearing a mask is a precaution the CDC recommends you take IN ADDITION to the precautions that are already in place such as good hand hygiene, social distancing, and a minimum of a 6 foot buffer between others if you do go out.

Please don’t hesitate to message us with any questions or requests. This is a learning process for everyone and we will adjust and improve as needed.

Please note that masks are not eligible to be returned. By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to these terms. Thank your for understanding
